Pros: The room was recently redone. The bed was comfy.

Cons: Information technology is a loud hotel. I was on the ninth floor and I could hear music beingness played at an upshot on the first floor at ten PM. I could hear people walking above me. I am non a light sleeper, only I had to use a white dissonance app on my phone.

Pros: And then much to like!! Runway views, spa, eating house, concierge lounge, room comfort, kind and helpful staff.

Pros: Excellent, friendly service from all teams hither. The meeting spaces were accommodating and pleasant. The glass elevators were fun and swift. I felt like I was in a more down-to-world Marquis. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. We had an airport-facing view with balustrade. Note the windows and door were sound-insulated, only you'll however hear the louder engines. I think it was worth it. The bath is comfy, with one official towel hook on the door for a standard king room.

Cons: If you're a calorie-free sleeper and don't care to sentinel the fascinating hustle and bustle of ATL, you'll want to ask for a quieter room. I say that without dinging the hotel. For many, including me, that'due south a plus, but it might non be for you lot if you are a weary travel that just wants to faceplant into a bed for some rest. The bed was OK. I should take gotten a few extra pillows to make upwardly for the mattress, which is a bit stiffer than I was expecting or used to. I didn't bank check, only I'm pretty certain there'southward no pillow or euro tiptop. Other reviewers seem to like the bed, so tastes may very. I woke up several times to a sore, crooked back or arm, needing to adjust position for comfort when I'grand unremarkably downwards the whole night. The linens were lovely. Our standard king had four feather pillows.

Pros: Hotel absolutely beautiful, close to the airport that we didn't need to rush to catch our flight. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Cons: Cheque in staff slightly rude, and argumentative.

Pros: The rail view rooms provide a perfect perch from which to scout all the planes come and go from ATL, a dream come true for my enthusiast son. Sound wearisome is first-class, so things are very placidity. Delta flight museum is within walking altitude. Staff is professional, friendly and accommodating. Restaraunt and room service, both corking.

Cons: I asked a lot Of times to take the room clean and information technology wasn't and the crew was not nice virtually it

Pros: Staff was very helpful and efficient. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Room was comfortable.

Cons: Could just find 1 plug, not plenty to accuse our devices.

Pros: Clean and comfy. The staff was friendlier and more than service oriented than concluding time. Betty and Vanessa in the restaurant did a great job.

Cons: Why would a higher-end hotel like this not have the local paper (Atlanta Journal) available for sale? They did not have it six months ago either. $15 Internet for 24 hours is a bit much. Only the wired speed was very skillful.

Pros: The check in was fast and friendly he put our parking on a key and charged it to my room so I wouldn't have to mess with that the side by side mean solar day! The room was cozy and comfy. The bed was soo comfortable I barbarous right to sleep. I had a view of the airport merely didn't hear non the kickoff aeroplane take off, I was worried almost that from reading reviews. No worries cause I slept through the night! Information technology definitely had a luxury experience to it which was nice. Breakfast the next morning time was cracking. It was well stocked and the entire staff was super friendly and willing to help with any you wanted. The shuttle service to the airport was fast and efficient. The hotel commuter was extremely helpful with were we needed to go. When nosotros finally checked out that was quick and effortless. The entire experience was a win/win! I got a luxury hotel for a non-luxury price! I enjoyed myself and had fun. Definitely recommend and will stay again!!

Cons: What I didn't like is very minimal and the expert of the experience far out ways my "bad"....the PARKING LOT, we arrived at one AM and didn't do Valet parking, we cruised the parking lot for probably five to ten minutes looking for a parking space. We found one simply it had a sign in front of it (not handicap, Renaissance Ambassador of the Year) that conspicuously stated we shouldn't be parking there. Upon checking in the staff told us it was fine and not to worry, we were "Ambassadors for the dark" just we did get the very last parking spot in the parking lot. Overflow parking is beyond the street, which at 1 AM would non take been fun! Also, when I booked the hotel I knew I was going to have to pay for parking but the website said $12 a day and $16 for valet but it was actually $16 a day and I'thousand not sure near valet. BREAKFAST, it was a tad more expensive than I was wanting to pay BUT the quality and the quantity of food at the buffet does make information technology ok. If you visit the buffet multiple times then it is definitely worth the price but if y'all only go one time I call back it'southward a fiddling much. On four people nosotros spent $56 and one person didn't go the cafe, but oatmeal. The drinks were included but really the kinda should be. The nutrient was slap-up though and the look staff was super friendly. STAFF Member, nosotros needed to use the shuttle service to have my son to the airport and the one that was beingness loaded was obviously full and no 1 else was going to get on that shuttle. We asked the Staff Member when the adjacent shuttle was going to be along and he told us 45 minutes. That wasn't going to work for us! Then we start to the parking lot to take our machine instead and we run into another shuttle bus pull upwards so we caput dorsum and indeed he'southward going to the airport. The shuttle driver made up for the other gentlemen but it was irritating. When we got back I noticed that they have shuttles well-nigh i right behind the other, so I don't understand why nosotros were told 45 minutes. It worked out and so it's ok.

Pros: Good room, bang-up check in and cheque out, great food.
